HAWAII DISABILITY RIGHTS CENTER

he Hawaii Disability Rights Center is Hawaii’s designated Protection and Advocacy (P&A) System for people with disabilities and Hawaii’s designated Client Assistance Program (CAP) for applicants and clients of programs funded under the federal Rehabilitation Act.
